- Deadline (5:00 p.m.) for Indianapolis Marriott Downtown hotel room reservations to obtain negotiated rate for Institute attendees
September 11, 2020
- Early Bird registration fees
- Deadline for cancelling exhibitor/sponsor registration to receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations after September 11th will not be eligible for a refund.
October 9, 2020
- Online registration for all participants wanting to register
- Sponsors/Exhibitors wanting to register additional attendees who are not included in your package
- Requesting and paying for additional booth equipment (internet, extension cords, easels, etc.)
October 16, 2020
- Cancellation of Institute registration to receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations after October 4th will not be eligible for a refund.
October 22, 2020
Exhibit materials may be received by the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown beginning October 22. There will be a storage/handling fee for all items received (see “Shipping Display Materials in the Prospectus”)
