Sponsorship Opportunities

The Assessment Institute offers the following levels of sponsorship opportunities ranging from Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver.

Diamond Option 1 – Sponsorship of Two Institute-Wide Functions and Lanyards ($10,000) - SOLD OUT

Diamond Sponsorship package includes:

Recognition for sponsoring two Institute-wide functions: Sunday Welcome Reception and Monday High Tea.
One opportunity to address Institute participants for 3-5 five minutes at the Monday Plenary Session or supplement with a 3-minute company video. If using a video, the video is subject to approval by Institute organizers and must be received by Friday, October 9, 2020.
One seat drop provided by the sponsor at the Monday Plenary Session. Promotional piece subject to approval by Institute organizers.
Recognition for sponsoring lanyards. Company logo will be placed on the lanyards distributed to participants to use with their name badges.
Recognition for sponsoring the Institute podcasts from October 2020 through September 2021.
Electronic participant list provided to the diamond sponsor 10-days prior to the Institute.
Organization logo placed on Institute home page.
Acknowledgement in the Institute web sponsor section and in the Institute pocket schedule.
Skirted table, pipe and drape exhibit space (10’ x 20’).
One insert in the participant folders distributed to all attendees.
Present two 60-minute sponsor presentations listed in the pocket schedule (once on Monday and again on Tuesday).
Five complimentary Institute registrations.

Platinum Option 1 – Hotel Key Card Sponsor ($5,000): Recognition for sponsoring the hotel key cards at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown (host hotel) where the majority of participants stay during the Institute. Company logo will be placed on the front side of the key card along with the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown logo. The front desk will distribute keys at check-in during Institute dates.
Platinum Option 2 – Participant Folders ($5,000): Recognition for sponsoring participant folders. Company logo will be placed on the folders distributed to Institute participants. The folders may have logos from one sponsor as well as the logo of the host sponsor (IUPUI).
Platinum Option 3 – Three Break Service Functions Sponsor ($5,000): Recognition for sponsoring three break service functions: Monday AM break service, Monday PM break service, and Tuesday AM break service. Signage with company logo placed at the break stations.

Platinum Sponsorships also include:

Organization logo placed on Institute home page.
Acknowledgement in the Institute web sponsor section and in the Institute pocket schedule.
Skirted table, pipe and drape exhibit space (10’ x 10’).
One insert in the participant folders.
Three complimentary Institute registrations.

Gold Option 1 – Charging Station Sponsor ($4,000): Signage with company logo placed at each mobile device charging station.
Gold Option 2 – Hotel Room Door Drop ($4,000): One company promotional piece delivered on Monday, October 14 directly under the hotel room door of the Institute guests staying at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown (host hotel) using the Assessment Institute reservation code. Promotional piece to be distributed subject to approval by Institute organizers. The distribution of the promotional piece will be handled by Marriott employees.
Gold Option 3 – Participant Notepads ($4,000): Company logo placed on notepads distributed to Institute participants.

One seat drop provided by the sponsor at the keynote address of the track being sponsored (promotional piece to be distributed subject to approval by Institute organizers).
Acknowledgement in the Institute web sponsor section and in the Institute pocket schedule.
Skirted table, pipe and drape exhibit space (10 ’x 10’).
One complimentary Institute registration.
