Welcome to the 2021 Assessment Institute hosted by IUPUI and held virtually Sunday, October 25, 2020, through Wednesday, October 28, 2020. This year, we have more than 10,000 registered attendees joining us from all fifty states and more than 40 countries. Presenters in our 400+ unique educational offerings are ready to deliver for you dynamic, informative presentations. Thank you for joining us! We are offering and recording all of our sessions via the Zoom Webinar platform, so rest assured you will not miss anything. Your complimentary registration grants you access to everything, including our Sunday Pre-Institute Workshops and our Plenary and Track Keynote Presentations. The Final Program Book and Daily Schedule are now available for you to review, including session times, titles, presenter names and affiliations, and descriptions. Important note: Zoom Webinar Attendee links are now included for each session (presenters/moderators have already received their role-specific unique links).

These informal sessions, open to everyone, feature leaders in these tracks: community engagement; diversity, equity, & inclusion; faculty development; global learning; graduate education; HIPs in the States; learning improvement; NILOA; STEM education; student affairs programs and services; student partnership and engagement in assessment, and a session for General Institute Orientation. Participants can find the full program schedule on the Assessment Institute App. To download the Institute app to your phone or tablet, search and download the “Attendify” app in either the iTunes or Google Play store. Leading Improvements in Higher Education Podcast:
This year, the Assessment Institute launched a new podcast series, Leading Improvements in Higher Education. Podcast episodes profile people, initiatives, institutions, and organizations improving conditions in higher education. Thought leaders engage in discussions about enduring and emerging topics, themes, and trends affecting colleges and universities. IUPUI’s Stephen Hundley, Chair of the Assessment Institute, serves as host.

Handout Materials:
Many presenters have chosen to provide us with their handouts electronically prior to the Institute. Others plan to send them to us after the event; they will be posted to the Assessment Institute website after November 15, 2020.
