Angela M. Bergman is Project Management Coordinator in the Center for Leading Improvements in Higher Education at Indiana University Indianapolis. In this capacity, she serves as Manager of Assessment Institute Operations for the oldest and largest U.S. event focused on assessing and improving higher education; provides support to both the International Conference on Assessing Quality in Higher Education and the Assessment Institute’s Free Webinar Series; serves as a producer of Leading Improvements in Higher Education, the award-winning podcast service of the Assessment Institute in Indianapolis; and serves as Assistant Editor of Assessment Update, an award-winning periodical from Wiley. Angela has been employed with Indiana University for more than 25 years, serving in a variety of leadership support positions related to institutional planning, assessment, improvement, and student affairs throughout her career.
